Management file

Recommended extension: .man

The file contents information about management strategies.
Description lines begin with ! and will be skipped.

Target management (flag_mg=3)

Target management with given year of thinning (first column) and target values of total stem number (second column).
If values of the second colums are less than 1, the values are used as relative values of reduction for stemnumber.
