I am a PhD student here at PIK with the FutureLab - Security, Ethnic Conflicts and Migration. My work focuses on how climate, climate shocks, and climate change impact conflicts of different types. My future interests are in the interplay between climate adaptation and state fragility, particularly in oil exporting states.
Prior to coming to PIK, I studied at the Paris School of Economics where I wrote a thesis on "Elite Corruption and the Political Economy of Asset Mobility" and before that I did my bachelors at Lafayette College in the United States.
