Seit 2023 ist Toni die persönliche Referentin von Johan Rockström. Bereits während ihrer Master- und Doktorarbeit am Potsdam-Institut für Klimafolgenforschung (PIK) hat sie sich intensiv mit Fragen der Ungleichheits- und Gerechtigkeitsforschung auseinandergesetzt, wobei sie einen interdisziplinären Ansatz verfolgte und verschiedene Methoden einsetzte.
Heute unterstützt und berät Toni den Direktor Johan Rockström in zahlreichen Angelegenheiten und Themenfeldern. Mit ihrer Expertise und strategischen Weitsicht hilft sie, die komplexen Herausforderungen anzugehen, die im Zentrum der Klimaforschung und -politik stehen.
