Finn Müller-Hansen is a post-doctoral researcher in the Evidence for Climate Solutions research group at MCC Berlin. His work focuses on applications of machine learning, natural language processing and network theory to study public discourses, the scientific literature, and the interplay of social, economic, and political factors in carbon removal, energy transitions and climate politics.

Finn Müller-Hansen holds a PhD from Humboldt University of Berlin and a MSc in Physics from the Freie Universität Berlin. In his doctorate at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, he used network theory and agent-based modeling to study deforestation and land-use change in the Brazilian Amazon.
