Hagen Tockhorn joined the Energy Systems group at PIK as a student research assistant in November 2022 and has since transitioned into a research assistant position. His work explores how climate change affects global energy demand in buildings, and he actively contributes to the development of the EDGE-Buildings energy demand model.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Heidelberg University and a Master's degree from the Technical University of Munich, with a focus on renewable energy technologies and energy system modeling.
