I am a geoecologist and geographer by training, with an interest in environmental modeling of any sort. In the scope of the KARO project I will develop phenological models for arable crops in Germany. If the topic and computational resources allow, I prefer Bayesian approaches. Previous work includes cryosphere modeling in Central Asia.
