Cecilia Kilimann works as Research Analyst and Policy Advisor to PIK director Ottmar Edenhofer. Before joining PIK in July 2022, Cecilia worked at adelphi as part of the International Carbon Action Partnership (ICAP) team and for the Commissions of Inquiry at the German Federal Parliament.
Cecilia holds a master’s degree with distinction in International Political Economy from King’s College London and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin. Her studies were funded by the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes.
