Bruna has experience in using satellite Earth data and technologies to address socio-environmental challenges by exploring the interactions between natural ecosystems, climate change and human activities. Her expertise includes developing methodologies to assess Green-Blue Ecosystems using satellite imagery, machine learning, and spatial modelling. Bruna's research findings and outcomes emphasize her commitment to bridging scientific knowledge with practical applications for a healthier Planet and society.
Currently she is working in the “Systemic Sustainability” (LL SYSTAIN) Leibniz-Lab conducting the systemic sustainability assessment of biodiversity, climate, agriculture and food within Planetary Boundaries.
