Hetty Saes is a project coordinator in the working group 'Adaptation in Agricultural Systems' where she works on various research projects and supports the development of research proposals.
Hetty also supports the Research Department 2, Climate Resilience by organising meetings and events and handling the website appearance of the Research Department.

Hetty previously worked in the external communications department of SOS Children's Villages International and as a Research and Teaching Assistant for the Department of Non-Profit, Social and Health Care Management at the private University 'MCI' in Innsbruck, Austria.
She studied European Law and Politics at the Catholic University of Leuven and at the Hague University, Netherlands.
