PIK and SRC agree to explore opportunities to work together towards their shared goals. In 2013-14 specific opportunities include: 1) The joint recruitment and supervision of a research scientist to advance the shared model-development agenda, 2) The joint development of a working group on Earth-World Modelling, including the co-convening of a multi-day workshop, 3) Establishing a visible identity, including web-presence, for PB.net to enable wider international networking in support of Earth system science for global sustainability.
