At the kick-off workshop for the natESM land-ice component, held online on October 25, 2023, working group members Torsten Albrecht, Julius Garbe and Moritz Kreuzer represented our in-house ice-sheet model PISM as one of the two potential ice-sheet model candidates for the German national Earth system modelling strategy.
The natESM project aims to develop a national strategy for the future of Earth system modelling in Germany and is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
