Last week Prof. Dr. Surovyatkina from Monsoon forecasting working group at EPICC presented an approach to estimating the time of onset and withdrawal of the Indian Summer Monsoon at a workshop organized by Indian Meteorological Society, (IMD), Pune Chapter and the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM), Pune.
