- European Commission DG Enterprise Tourism Unit – Principal
researcher and co-author of the Staff Working Paper ‘an Agenda 21 for the
European Tourism Sector’.
- Johannesburg World Summit on Sustainable Development
Ecotrans – ‘Light on Sustainable Development’ multimedia information dissemination
project elaborating fundamental principles of sustainable development.
2001 – 2002
- European Parliament STOA Committee Report ‘Policy Options
for Sustainable Tourism’ Ecotrans – Principal Author, providing an assessment
of European tourism sector sustainability issues.
- World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Southern Portugal Green
Belt - Project Co-ordinator, developing a bio-regional analysis of Southern
Portugal for the purposes of biodiversity conservation.
