The Science Management team integrates the scientific activities of the four research departments and acts as an interface between the research departments, the Board of Directors, the administration and the committees. The team supports measures for scientific quality assurance, internal scientific exchange and coordinates the activities of the institute in its network. The department is responsible for the promotion of junior researchers and supports PIK's reporting obligations.
