The graphs show agricultural land use changes as a consequence of the Renewable Energy Act of 2004 that introduced a strong support for cropping renewable resources for power production. The shares of cereal, oilseed and set aside area of total agricultural area (AA) decrease due to an expansion of renewable resources “energy maize”.
